@ Copa Di Vino

Wow. Let me start with this. Second chances are not made for people like you. The first time around, you had a great offer from Kevin O'Leary that would have made you a multi-millionaire very fast. But you were too stubborn and greedy to take his advice and deal. So instead, you go back home, and when you realized just how desperate you really were of more capital, you decided to come back into the tank for a second bite. Now if you were smart, you would've dropped your ego before you went in this time. But clearly your real goal was just to make another fool of yourself on national television. And guess what? That exactly what you did.
You had the golden opportunity (two of them actually) to partner with three of the wealthiest men you will ever meet in your life. What would it cost you? A little more than you wanted to give away. But what's it worth? An amount of money that you will never get to hold.

Your product is incredible. It's an amazing, original idea which will probably make you a fairly wealthy man. You have packaged wine in a way which has never been done before, and can sell your product in places where winemakers never envisioned their beverages. But why get caught up on selling yourself, when you could license your product and have every wine company working to make you richer. We all know it's your baby. But no one was going to stop you from working hard, it was just a matter of how they were going to make you richer. And whether you like it or not, licensing is the way to best accomplish this. And whether you like it or not, you passed on the opportunity to get three business magnates with hundreds of connections across the world. And what was with your cockiness at the end when you opened the "Thousand dollar bottle" and then walked away from Kevin O'Leary, Mark Cuban, and Robert Herjavec? Do you think you gained anything by doing that other than make a complete and utter fool of yourself? There is no doubt in my mind that just about every viewer that saw you on the show thought that your product was great, but that you are an incompetent business man. And by the way, O'Leary got his glass of the "thousand dollar bottle" after you left, so you lost in just about every way possible. I can only hope that this will serve as a reality check to you, and that the decisions you make in the future will be based off somewhat of a normal thought process. Overall rating on product: 9. Overall performance on Shark Tank: 2. Money you could have made off the deal: Hundreds of Millions.

  1. Wil Fischer is a distributor for Anheuser Busch and they sell these fantastic little Copa Di Vino wines. I sold them at a local charity event that is on the KC BBQ circuit and they sold like hot cakes!!

  2. It's an unbelievable product, and it can go so far. What a brilliant invention, just not a brilliant decision to say no to the sharks.

  4. He stole the entire idea while he was on a trip to France. That's an international intellectual property lawsuit waiting to happen. He should've taken the money and ran.
